الملخص
أخذت ظاهرة الجريمة الرياضية في الآونة الأخيرة أبعادا خطيرة، الأمر الذي يستدعي ضرورة تدخل الجهات المختصة داخل الدولة لوضع حد لها. بناء على ذلك، عمدت دولة الجزائر إلى تكريس مبادئ قانونية بغية الوصول بالأنشطة البدنية والرياضية إلى أسمى درجات الرقي والتطور، من خلال إصدار القانون رقم 13ـ05 المؤرخ 23 يوليو سنة 2013، الذي ينص على أحكام قانونية تحدد وسائل مكافحة تعاطي المنشطات ومراقبتها بالإضافة إلى تحديد التزامات الفاعلين في مجال الوقاية من العنف في المنشآت الرياضية ومكافحته، وكذا تنسيق أعمال الوقاية من العنف في المنشآت الرياضية ومكافحته وتنفيذها. بالتالي ما هي مختلف البرامج والترتيبات والتدابير المتعلقة بالوقاية من الجريمة الرياضية ومكافحتها في المنشآت الرياضية؟ Abstract: The phenomenon of sport infraction takes recently serious dimensions, which need the intervention of the competent authorities in the country to put an end to it. The state of Algeria proceeded to devote a legal principles in order to access physical activities and sports to the highest degrees of progress and development, by promulgate the Law n° 13_05, which stipulate the means of antidumping and controlled it, and the actors obligations in the prevention and the fight against the violence in the sports infrastructures, and coordinating the prevention acts and the fight against the violence. So what are the different programs, arrangements and measures related to the sport infraction prevention and fight against it?
