دور الفواعل الوطنية غير الرسمية في بناء السلام في مناطق ما بعد النزاع - العراق نموذجا-

الملخص
تعتبر عملية الشراكة الوطنية في بناء السلام من أبرز الآليات المساعدة على النهوض بالبلد بعد فوضى النزاع، وقد توجهت لها العراق بعد دوامة النزاع التى عايشتها بعد 2003، في اطار تعزيز عملية بناء السلام، كما أن المؤسسات الدولية اولت اهتماما بالغا بالأدوار التى تقوم بها الهيئات الوطنية غير الرسمية، مركزة على عنصر الشباب والمرأة، حيث نجد الحكومة العراقية تتوجه وبشكل جدي؛ لتبني استراتيجيات مدعمة لتمكين الفئات ذات الفعالية على بناء السلام. Le processus de partenariat national en consolidation de la paix parmi les mécanismes importants pour aider a l'avancement du pays après le conflit. Nous trouvons que l’ Irak là adopté après le conflits 2003 , Dans le cadre du renforcement de consolidation de la paix. En outre Les institutions internationales intéressé par les rôles joués par les organismes nationaux informels, particulièrement la jeunesse et les femmes, Où nous trouvons le gouvernement Irakien qui fonctionne à adopter les stratégies visant à soutenir l'autonomisation des catégories efficace dans la construction de la paix. the process of national peace-building partnership among the important mechanisms to help the country’s after the conflict. We find that Iraq work on activate this partnership after the conflict 2003, as part of strengthening of peace-building. Also, international institutions interested in the roles played by informal national bodies, especially youth and women, where we find the Iraqi government working in earnest to adopt strategies to supports effective of different groups and empowerment in peace-building.
