Education system and reform in Sheikh Abd-el-Kader -el- Medjaoui’s ideology The most important ideological and civilizational heritage left by Cheikh Abd-el-Kader -el-Medjaoui for Algeria are these generations of knowledge students and disciples who in turn taught many scholars, judges and teachers, journalists, poets and men of letter who constituted by their contributions to the contemporary a solid core in Algerian renaissance. Indeed, few are scholars teachers who had this honour during the last third of the 19th century and the first decade of the 20th century. In Algeria, He is called “Sheikh of the Djemaa” and is considered the father of the scientific renaissance in Algeria. Also, Sheikh Abd-el-Kader -el-Medjaoui left different kind of works more than fifteen works arising from his teachings to students and what he had discussed with his students and colleagues. What has distinguished the ideology of Sheikh Abd-el-Kader -el-Medjaoui is that it is more often of Algerian local nature. Indeed, it is the fruit of French-Algerian cultural relations. This is why the majority of his literary production is known to be local and translate spirit dominance. Also, his works focused on the field of heritage, current social affairs in addition to the Arabic journalistic field. In addition, the educational and reformist trend that Medjaoui attended is blatant for the France homage, not calling to an opposition movement and not chairing any pro-independence political party but has resorted to the Daaoua, knowledge, knowledge, vigilance, the imitation of the Europeans, the social within the existing system diseases treatment focusing on the characteristics of the Algerian from the civilizational perspective.
