Résumé

Outsourcing is an analyzing question for a long time. The different theories those have emerged after offering the black box of the firm and those have attempted to treat the organizational modification of the firm have the aim to find an agreed reasoning on what incites the firm to going to outsourcing. In this paper, we will study three principal theories generally recognized in the outsourcing literature these are: the transaction costs theory, the agency theory and the resources based theory.
