الملخص
In the Andalusian society and during the era of tawaif and almoravides, the phenomenon of dealing wines was considered as difficult issue in the ethical system of Andalusian society in both legal and historical side. In one hand, it was considered as a forbidden in the legislature, and in the other hand it consists a big distance in the society and this was reflected by different historical and literal discourses which contain plenty of relevant information about that.This subject aims to discover and clarify the phenomenon of wines in the andalusian society during the fifth and the sixth of hidjra (11-12AD).
