توظيف التعليم الالكتروني في تحسين ترتيب الجامعات الجزائرية حسب تصنيف ويبومتركس

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أهمية تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني من أجل تحسين تصنيف الجامعات الجزائرية حسب ترتيب Webometrics، الذي يركز على درجة التزام الجامعة بالاستفادة من الإنترنت لعرض ما لديها لكي تتم الاستفادة منه من قبل الآخرين. من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن التعليم الالكتروني يمثل دعامة أساسية وبعد هام ترتبط به معايير ترتيب الجامعات حسب تصنيف ويبومتريكس، ما يمكن الجامعات الجزائرية من تحسين ترتيبها وفق هذا التصنف.

The study aims to understand the importance of applying e-learning to improve the ranking of Algerian universities in the order of Webometrics, which focuses on the degree of the University's commitment to use the Internet to present its resources to be used by others. Interested in the outputs of scientific research as the location of the university in the classification according to them indicates the extent of development and efficiency. One of the most important findings of the study is that e-learning is a basic pillar and an important dimension associated with the standards of the ranking of universities according to the classification of Webometrics, which enables the Algerian universities to improve their ranking according to this classification through activating the e-learning application
