الملخص
الملخص : يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على مميّزات المعاش النفسي للمرأة المصابة بسرطان الثدي و ذالك بالتطرق للمراحل المهمة في مسار المرض إبتداءا من الإعلان عنه , الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى تغير في المعاش النفسي للمصابات و الدخول في معاش نفسي جديد متعلق بالعلاجات المتعددة المتمثلة في جراحة استئصال الثدي , يليه العلاج الكيميائي, مرورا بالعلاج الإشعاعي , ثم العلاج الهرموني , هذه العلاجات تتميز بطابعها العدواني على الجسد من خلال الآثار الجانبية لكل علاج و التي تؤدي إلى اضطراب علاقة المصابة مع جسدها, مما ينعكس سلبا على هويتها و أدوارها الاجتماعية , و أخيرا نشير إلى ضرورة التطرق لدور المساندة الإجتماعية في تقبل و تكيف المصابات مع المرض . . - Abstract : The aims of thise article is to highlight the most important characteristics of the psychological pension for women with breast cancer and to address the important stages in the path of the disease, starting with the announcement of the disease, which leads to a change in the pension of the women and to enter into a new psychological pension related to multiple treatments of eradication surgery , These treatments are characterized by aggressive nature on the body through the side effects of each treatment, which lead to the disorder of the relationship with the infected body, which negatively affects the identity and social roles , Finally, we should mention the role of social support in accepting and adapting women with the disease.
