The study aims at investigating self-esteem and it connection to social interactions for pre-elementary school children outside homes in Hebron City. The sample of the study was 950 children (52 males & 43 females). To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher used two scales: self-esteem scale for Coper translated by Abdellfatah&Aldusoqi (1981) form B, and the scale of social interactions for children prepared by Muhammad (2008). The researcher assured the scales psychometric features. Results showed that most of children's social interactions were ( thanking others, ability in participating in activities). The most frequent features of self-esteem were (happiness while playing with others, and being beloved during playing their games). Results also showed correlational relationship between self-esteem and social interactions (0.309) which is a medium value. There were statistically significant differences in the degree of self-esteem and social interactions for all males and females. Some recommendations were set at the end of the study
