الملخص
يعتبر رأس المال الفكري مفتاح نجاح المؤسسات، خاصة في ظل إقتصاد اللاملموسات الذي يعتمد بدرجة كبيرة على المعارف والمهارات والخبرات في تحقيق الإبداع والإبتكار وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة، كونه يساهم في إغتنام الفرص ومواجهة التهديدات التي يمكن أن تؤدي إلى حدوث أزمات إذا تفاقمت أكثر فأكثر. والهدف من هذا البحث هو تسليط الضوء على الدور الفعال الذي يلعبه رأس المال الفكري لمواجهة الأزمات من خلال تقديم الإطار النظري لكل من رأس المال الفكري والأزمات ثم التعرف على العلاقة السببية التي تربط بينهما، بالإضافة إلى التطرق لبعض النماذج من الشركات التي استطاعت من خلال رأس مالها الفكري مواجهة الأزمات التي إعترضتها، وفي الأخير عرض أهم النتائج والتوصيات المتعلقة بالبحث. الكلمات المفتاحية: رأس المال الفكري، إقتصاد اللاملموسات، الأزمات، إدارة الأزمات. The effectiveness of intellectual capital in the face of crises under the intangible economy "Case study of some models of companies" Abstract: the intellectual capital is the key success of institutions especially under intangible economy, which relies heavily on knowledge, skills and experience to achieve creativity, innovation and achieve sustainable competitiveness feature, and also being contributes to seize the opportuni-ties and threats that could lead to a crisis if it aggravated more and more. The aim of this research is to highlight the active role played by intellectual capital to face crisis by providing a theoretical framework for each of the intellectual capital and crisis and then to identify the relationship between intellectual capital to confront crisis, In addition to identifying some of companies models that have managed through the intellectual capital in facing crisis which has intercepted, finally displaying the most important findings and recommendations related to the research.
