تأثير مجتمع المعلومات على تطور النسق الإلكتروني للنشاط المالي والمصرفي - مقاربة تحليلية نظرية–

الملخص
تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية توضيح مفهوم مجتمع المعلومات و متطلبات إعتماده كنسق حياة على إعتبار أن مجتمع المعلومات هو الحاضنة الأساسية لكل المشاريع الإلكترونية. ومنه تحديد إلى أي مدى يمكن أن يؤثر تبني المجتمع لنمط مجتمع المعلومات كنسق حياة على النشاط الإقتصادي وذلك بدراسة حالة النشاط المالي و المصرفي كجزء من النشاط الإقتصادي.فالأثر الإقتصادي و الإجتماعي لمجتمع المعلومات مبنى على طرق إحصائية وعلمية تدرج ضمن مؤشرات قياس عالمية صادرة عن هيئات دولية، فهناك أكثر من ثمانية مؤشرات عالمية (DAI, ISI, NRI, TIA, DOI, IO, DI, IDI)لقياس هذا الأثر تختلف في بناءها الفلسفي بإختلاف المصدر وكذلك بإختلاف المتغيرات الدالة على كل عنصر من العناصر المكونة لمجتمع المعلومات والمدرجة ضمن كل مؤشر. لذا أدنا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية وضع إطار نظري مفاهيمي يوضح مفهوم مجتمع المعلومات ومؤشرات القياس مع التركيز على المتغيرات المكونة لمؤشر القياس. و في مرحلة ثانية إثبات علاقة التأثير لمجتمع المعلومات على النشاط الإقتصادي وذلك بدراسة الأثر على النشاط المالي و المصرفي. الكلمات الدالة: تكنولوجيات المعلومات و الإتصالات، مجتمع المعلومات، متغيرات قياس مجتمع المعلومات ، الدفع الإلكتروني، النمو الإقتصادي، النشاط المالي و المصرفي. Abstract: This paper tries to clarify the concept of the information society and the requirements of the adopted The Model lives on the consideration that the information society is the basic umbrella project for electronic commerce. From which to determine the extent to which could affect the pattern of the information society community adopted The Model lives on economic activity in order to study the situation of the banking and financial activity as part of economic activity? The economic and social impact of the information society built on statistical methods and scientific included within the global indicators issued by international bodies, there are more than eight global indicators (DAI, ISI, NRI, TIA, DOI, IO, DI, IDI) to measure this impact differ in their construction varies depending on the philosophical origin as well as the variables of each component of the information society and listed within each indicator. So Edna through this paper a conceptual framework a conceptual framework to clarify the concept of the information society measurement indicators, with emphasis on measurement index constituent variables. In the second stage to prove the impact of the Information Society on economic activity by examining the impact on banking and financial activity.
