السلطوية في الذهنيات والأنساق الثقافية العربية اسقاطات نموذج "الشيخ والمريد" على المجال السياسي المغربي

الملخص
تعرض المجال السياسي العربي إلى العديد من النكسات والإشكاليات الحضارية والتاريخية ذلك ما انعكس على صعيد الذهنيات والمسالك العربية وشكل عاملا سلبيا اثر وبشكل مباشر على مكانة وعقلية الانسان العربي – سواء على الصعيد الشعبي او على صعيد الانتليجنسيا – ومن ابرز هذه الانعكاسات اطلاق صفة التخلف كمعطي تاريخي وأبدي مرتبط بكل ما هو عربي، وزيادة ترسيخ فكرة التراجع الحضاري والحداثي العربي في مقابل استمرار الضعف والوهن الذي يتضح جلياً من خلال الاستهانة بالذات الحضارية العربية واعتبار الفكر العربي مناهض ومناقض للنهضة والحداثة، ويتعارض مع القوام الديمقراطي على حساب التأسيس وحتى التبرير لمعطى التسلطية والاستبداد، انطلاقا من فكرة متأصلة للتراث الفكري السياسي العربي القائم تاريخيا على اسس لا حضارية ومعوقات متجذرة ومترسخة ِتَحْوُلُ دون وصول العرب الى الحداثة والديمقراطية كما ِتَحْوُلُ دون التخلص من الذهنيات والمسالك السلطوية التي ترسخت باستنادها الى الشرف والبركة والقداسة اي الى المنظومة الرمزية التي ادت الى سيادة واستمرارية الثقافة السلطوية في المغرب المعاصر حتى بعد الاستقلال رغم التغيرات التي عرفها المجتمع المغربي وتم تكريس ازواجية بين المعطى التاريخي التقليدي وبين الحداثة الشكلية، مع اعادة ترميم اليات مؤسسات الحكم وبناء الاجهزة الامنية والعسكرية ذات الولاء التام للملك اضافة الى التحكم في الاقتصاد والمجتمع بأشكال جديدة عززتها بواسطة الشبكات الزبونية والتحكم في توزيع المصالح والموارد والنفوذ، وهذا ما اثر كذلك على مكانة الملك كمصدر مانح لهذا النفوذ والمصالح حيث تشكلت صراعات تقديم الولاء والتقرب والرغة في نيل مكانة ومصلحة من الملك الذي استطاع ان يحقق التعالي الرمزي السياسي ويكون في منأى عن المساءلة في مقابل التحكم في المجال المجتمعي وقبول الفرد المغربي بصفة الرعية. Abstract The Arab political arena has been subjected to many setbacks and cultural and historical problems. This has been reflected in the Arab mindset and pathways and has been a negative factor that has directly affected the status and mentality of the Arab man - both on the grassroots level and on the level of the intelligentsia. Is linked to all that is Arab, and further entrenching the idea of the decline of civilization and modern Arab in exchange for the continued weakness and weakness, which is evident clearly through the underestimation of the Arab civilization and the consideration of Arab thought is contrary to the Renaissance and modernity, and contrary to the democratic strength Based on an inherent idea of the Arab political intellectual heritage based historically on the foundations of non-civilized and deep rooted obstacles that prevent the arrival of the Arabs to modernity and democracy as well as prevent the elimination of the rationales and the authoritarian pathways that have been established based on honor, blessing and holiness To the symbolic system that led to the sovereignty and continuity of authoritarian culture in contemporary Morocco even after independence despite the changes that Moroccan society has known and the marriage has been wedged between the traditional historical and modernity, The restoration of the mechanisms of the governing institutions and the building of security and military apparatuses with full loyalty to the king, as well as control of the economy and society in new forms, reinforced by networks and controlling the distribution of interests, resources and influence. This also affected the king's status as a source of such influence and interests. And the desire to obtain the status and interest of the king, who was able to achieve the transcendence of political symbolism and be immune to accountability in exchange for control of the community and the acceptance of the Moroccan individual as a parish.
