في هذا المقال سنقوم بقياس اثر النفقات العمومية على الاستثمار في القطاع الخاص في الجزائر، ، وفي هذا الصدد امكن من رفض فرضية الازاحة على الاستثمار في تقدير نموذج VECM في القطاع الخاص. و بهذا فان النفقات العمومية في الجزائر تمارس على العموم تأثير ايجابي على الاستثمار الخاص على المدى الطويل. Abstract : In this article, the burden of government spendingonAlgerian econ-omyis examined.The effect of public spending on the private investment has been the subject of an empirical evaluation. Indeed, using VECM estimation, the assumption of crowding out effect is rejectedfor private investment. So, public expenditures cause, in the long run, knock-on effect on private investment.
