This paper examines the evidence of joint venture activity in Algeria with a particular focus on the identification of leading factors in the success of international joint ventures between Algerian companies and their foreign counterparts .this study is based on the formulation of five hypotheses , three of which are related to success and tow to failure .Empirical data collected from five case studies and a total of 350 company executives , of which 200 Algerian and 150 foreign , was used to test the validity of each guiding hypothesis.
