الملخص
- With the beginning of the twentieth century philosophy of learning has begun to change with the advent of modern linguistics and the evolution from the science of linguistics Saussure, and multilingual subsequent theories, in addition to the development of theories of modern psychology and the emergence of the structural behavior and language, has gone the way of teaching languages other trend, and began to appear on the surface visions and theories of modern education and strengthening curriculum development. Try through this article to highlight the aspect of this evolution and change should not and this is the meaning of the philosophy of education to confirm the primary function of language and is only a function of communication and sent the values of a society and the importance of activating the role of language education with an emphasis on the function of language e not on grammar and morphology
