الملخص

Literature and history books reported bits about the life of the Algerian writer, "Abou Abdallah Ben Mehrez Elouahrani", and talked about his reputation for prose industry and especially the art of letters writing, Makamas (Arabic prosimetric) and Manamas (dreams stories). But they did not talk about his birth, it is still unknown. They cared about his descent and writings through which his immigration path turns out, and from which Kairouan was part of it. He mentioned in one of his Maqamas that he immigrated to Sicily, to Egypt, then to Baghdad. He did not go to there only after the gain failed with of governors and judges.
