الملخص
The actual practice of expression freedom in the US. Media in the Shadow of the Israel Lobby A Descriptive Study This paper discusses the actual practice of expression freedom in the American media in light of the strong influence of the Israel lobby. Many obstructions to freedom of expression will be illustrated like censorship, threats, including death threats, and the deformed representation of Arabs and Muslims under the impact of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The study uses the descriptive-analytical method to approach this phenomenon, and among the results reached: the Israel lobby contributes to the misrepresentation of Arabs and Muslims through Hollywood movies, especially after the September 11 events, and through the censorship of those who dare criticize Israel’s policies.
