الملخص
ملخص: إن هذه الدراسة تقوم على أساس البحث عن دور الأحزاب السياسية وجماعات الضغط، واللجان البرلمانية في التأثير وتوجيه إرادة المشرع نحو سن قانون يخدم كل منها، ومن ثم فإن البحث في هذا الموضوع هو محاولة منا تسليط الضوء على الجوانب القانونية والسياسية لدور الأحزاب السياسية وجماعات الضغط، واللجان البرلمانية وتأثيرها على عمل السلطة التشريعية. Abstract: This study is based on research on the role of political parties and pressure collectivities, and parliamentary committees in influencing and directing the will of the legislature towards the enactment of a law, each serving, and then the research on this subject is to try us shed light on the legal and political aspects of the role of political parties and pressure collectivities, the parliamentary committees and their impact on the work of the legislature.
