الملخص
يعتبر موضوع حماية الرسوم والنماذج الصناعية من المواضيع الهامة التي تنشأ في القوانين الداخلية وتنظم عالميا بواسطة قواعد القانون الدولي، حيث تعتبر فكرة الحماية الدولية والإقليمية للملكية الصناعية الضمان الذي يتحقق عبره أحد أبرز الأسباب التي تدفع بالمبدع أن يبدع، وهذه الفكرة تتمثل في منح صاحب الحق الفكري ضمانات ضد أي خطر قد تتعرض له أفكاره سواء داخل بلده أو في الخارج. فالمعيار الحقيقي للحماية الدولية والإقليمية للرسوم والنماذج الصناعية يكمن في إسهام الدول في وضع وتطبيق واحترام الإتفاقيات الدولية واتخاذ مايلزم من تدابير ويقع ذلك على عاتق الدول والمنظمات الدولية. فلا بد من توحيد التنظيم الدولي من أجل إيجاد نظام عالمي واحد يأخذ بعين الإعتبار حماية حقوق صاحب الحق الفكري. Protecting of industrial designs and models a subject of the most important in internal Laws, this protection is governed by the rules of international law where is the idea of international and regional protection of industrial propertyis the only guarantor of the inventor to be ensure against any risk that his idea sorinventionsmay faceboth in his country and abroad. The real standard of international and regional protection of industrial designs and models is the contribution of countries to apply andrespect international conventions while taking the necessary measures. It goes without saying that it is upto countries andinternational organizations to ensure them, being necessary to unifyan international and regional organization to finda unique international system taking into consideration the protection of the rightsof the holder of moral rights
