الملخص
السرقة العلمية من المظاهر المستحدثة الخطيرة التي سادت في هذا العصر؛ حيث يجب اتخاذ جميع الآليات والاستراتيجيات التي تحول دونها، ولعل في بيان الحكم الشرعي لهذه الظاهرة والإعلام به ما يساهم في الحد منها من خلال إيقاظ الوازع الديني الذي له دور كبير في استقامة السلوك. ومن هنا جاءت هذه الدراسة التي تضمنت: مفهوم السرقة العلمية شرعا وقانونا ومظاهره، ثم التكييف الفقهي لها مع بيان الحكم الشرعي وأدلته، وأخيرا كيفية الإعلام به وبخطورة هذه الظاهرة والوقاية منها. Scientific plagiarism is one of the most dangerous modern phenomena. Hence, all the mechanisms and the strategies that can limit its widespread must be taken. Perhaps through showing the Sharia position will contribute in the slowing down of this floe, by denounce it on one hand and awakening the religious morality on the other hand. These will play a major role in the integrity of the scholar’s behavior. Hence, came the importance of this study, which included the concept of scientific plagiarism in Sharia and law, and its manifestations, and then Fiqh adapting of it, with the statement of the Islamic statement and its evidences, and finally how to divulge and prevent from the dangerous consequences of this phenomenon
