Summary: Identity is defined by human awareness and sensitivity to belonging to a society, nation, group or class in the sense of general human belonging. Language is the title of existence and identity, which stores the elements of belonging and memory of the future, and between the identity and language has been established many philosophical studies that seek to clarify the limits of the relationship between language and identity, and how to guide the first of the second, and identify its features and peculiarities. Jacques Derrida is one of the most important philosophers who have taken care to analyze the relationship of language to identity in the book: "Monotheism of the other language or in the original restoration," which is intertwined linguistic linguistic historical, philosophical and religious and political, and revolves the central idea about the possibility of language in the establishment of identity and the establishment of citizenship, Language can, by definition, constitute identity and citizenship.
