الحقوق السياسية للمرأة الأردنية: حق الانتخاب والترشيح لعضوية مجلس النواب الأردني (1921-2012)

الملخص
ملخص: في عام 1974م، تم تعديل قانون الانتخاب لمجلس النواب، بحيث منح القانون المرأة الأردنية حق الانتخاب والترشيح لعضوية مجلس النواب الأردني، ومن هنا فإن هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى التعرف على حق المرأة الأردنية في الانتخاب والترشيح لعضوية مجلس النواب الأردني في التشريعات الأردنية ممثلة الدستور الأردني و قانون الانتخاب لمجلس النواب خلال فترة الدراسة، كما تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مشاركة المرأة الأردنية في الانتخابات النيابية كمرشحة وكنائب خلال فترة الدراسة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الدستور الأردني وقانون الانتخاب لمجلس النواب حرمت المرأة الأردنية من حق الانتخاب والترشيح لعضوية مجلس النواب الأردني منذ عام 1921 وحتى عام 1974م، ولم تشارك المرأة الأردنية في الانتخابات النيابية خلال تلك الفترة، وأن حق المرأة الأردنية في الانتخاب والترشيح لعضوية مجلس النواب ساهم في مشاركة المرأة الأردنية في الانتخابات النيابية وعضوية مجلس النواب الأردني، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة التأكيد على أن حق المرأة الأردنية في الانتخاب والترشيح لعضوية مجلس النواب الأردني جزء لا يتجزأ من الحقوق السياسية للمواطن الأردني سواء الذكر أم الأنثى، والعمل على بث برامج توعية وثقافية خاصة بحقوق المرأة الأردنية. ABSTRACT In 1974 has been amended the election law to the House of Representatives، so that the law granted Jordanian women the right to vote and to be elected to membership in the House of Representatives، here it is، this study aims to identify the right of Jordanian women in elect and be elected to the membership of the House of Representatives in the Jordanian Constitution and the election law، the study also aims to identify the extent of the participation of Jordanian women in the parliamentary elections as candidate and as deputy . The study concluded that the Jordanian constitution and the election law denied Jordanian women the right to elect and be elected to the membership of the Jordanian House of Representatives since 1921 until 1974، and Jordanian women did not participate in the parliamentary elections during that period ، and that the right of Jordanian women in elect and be elected to the membership of the House of Representatives contributed to the participation of Jordanian women in the parliamentary elections and the membership of the Jordanian House of Representatives، the study recommended to emphasize that the Jordanian woman's right to elect and be elected to the membership of the Jordanian House of Representatives an part of the political rights of the Jordanian citizen، whether male or female، work to broadcast awareness and cultural programs، especially the Jordanian women's rights.
