دور صيرفة التأمين في تطوير وإنعاش سوق التأمينات - حالة الجزائر-

الملخص
يعد قطاع التأمين من أهم قطاعات الخدمات المالية في العالم، و يواكب مجمل الأنشطة الاقتصادية الأخرى ويسهم في دعمها والمحافظة على استقرارها. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استعراض هذا الدور الهام للتأمين في النشاط الاقتصادي, بالإضافة إلى البحث حول أحد مداخل تطوير سوق التأمينات وهو ما يعرف بصيرفة التأمين. وهي عبارة عن عملية استخدام علاقات العملاء في البنك لبيع منتجات التأمين على الحياة والتأمين على غير الحياة. وفي بعض البلدان المتقدمة كان له تأثير كبير على تطوير حجم المبيعات، وتحقيق حصص سوقية تزيد عن 50 في المائة في الحياة وأكثر من 10 في المائة في غير الحياة. على النقيض من ذلك، في البلدان المتقدمة الأخرى كان لها تأثير أقل بكثير. كما أن فوائدها الإستراتيجية بالنسبة للبلدان النامية ذات نطاق واسع. تناقش هذه الورقة إمكانية مساهمة صيرفة التأمين في النمو والاستقرار لسوق التأمينات. محاولين بذلك الوصول إلى توصيات موضوعية قابلة للتطبيق العملي، تسهم بتنمية وتطوير قطاع التأمين في الجزائر عن طريق صناعة التأمين المصرفي The insurance sector is considered one of the most important pillars of world financial services. It accompanies, supports and helps in stabilizing other economic activities. This study tries to illustrate the important role of insurance in the economic activity. In addition, it searches about a one entries of the developing of insurance what called Bancassurance. It means the process of using a bank's customer relationships to sell life and non-life insurance products. In some developed countries it has had a dramatic impact on developing sales volumes, attaining market shares in excess of 50 percent in life and more than 10 percent in non-life. By contrast, in other developed countries it has had much lower impact. Its strategic benefits to developing countries are wide ranging. This paper discusses the potential of bancassurance to contribute to the growth and the stability of the insurance market ; and it is trying to reach applicable objective recommendation that contributes in the development of the insurance sector in Algeria through bancassurance industry .
