الملخص

يحظى تاريخ الثورة الجزائرية بمكانة محوريةعند الباحثين الجزائريين وغير الجزائريين باعتبارها ثورة من أعظم ثورات القرن العشرين،وكونها استطاعت أن تعيد للإنسان الجزائري إنسانيته، ولم تسمح لنفسها بهدر إنسانيةخصومها من المستوطنين واليهود وحتى الحركى.. فإذا كان مفهوم الثورة عبر التاريخ مرتبط بالعنف والعنف المضاد، فإن ما ميز الثورة الجزائرية هوإنسانيتهاوالتزامها بالأخلاقيات القتالية تجاه العدو المستمدة من تاريخ وأصالة الشعب الجزائريعكس الثورات العالمية الأخرى... يناقش هذا البحث الجانب الإنساني في الثورة التحريرية ويحاول الوقوف على تعامل الثورة مع الثورة المستوطنين واليهود واحترامها للاتفاقيات والمعاهدات الدولية إضافةإلى تعاونها مع المنظمات الدولية للإغاثة، وهو ماانعكس إيجابا على الثورة على جميع المستويات... The history of the Algerian revolution is central to Algerian and non-Algerian researchers as one of the greatest revolutions of the twentieth century because it was able to restore the humanity of Algerian man and did not allow himself to lose the humanity of his opponents of the settlers and Jews and even the movement. If the concept of the revolution throughout history is linked to violence and counter-violence, the Algerian revolution is characterized by its humanity and its commitment to the moral ethic towards the enemy against the enemy which was derived from the history and originality of the Algerian people in contrast to the other world revolutions ... This research discusses the human aspect of the liberation revolution and tries to identify the treatment of the revolution with the revolution, the settlers and the Jews and its respect for international treaties and treaties in addition to its cooperation with international relief organizations, which reflected positively on the revolution at all levels...
