أثر تكنولوجيات الاتصال الحديثة على الاتصال الشخصي في المجتمع الجزائري

الملخص

ملخص: يعد "الاتصال الشخصي والتكنولوجيات الحديثة للإعلام والاتصال"، مفهوم ان جد مثيران، وملفتان للانتباه، لا يمكن لأحد في عصرنا الحالي الاستغناء عن أحدهما. ولكن بسبب الاختلالات التي طرأت مؤخرا على مستوى العلاقات الإنسانية، في عمق المجتمع الجزائري، وخاصة بين أفراد الأسرة الواحدة (بفعل الاستخدام السيء لتلك التكنولوجيات)، ارتأينا البحث في حقيقة التأثير السلبي لتكنولوجيات الاتصال الحديثة على الاتصالات الشخصية التقليدية للأفراد، دون إغفال إيجابيات تلك الوسائل. حيث ثمة عوامل كثيرة مستحدثة تشابكت في تأثيرها على نسيج الأسرة الجزائرية، مما أفقد هذه الأخيرة قدرا كبيرا من تماسكه أو وحدتها، وهو ما أصبح يشكل تهديدا حقيقيا - في المستقبل المنظور- لهذا الاتصال الشخصي الذي يعتبر بمثابة ضرورة حتمية للعيش واستمرارية المجتمع. حيث أننا إذا تفحصنا ما يجري في الواقع، وعقدنا مقارنة بسيطة بين ما كان موجود أو ما هو مجسد في مختلف الممارسات الاجتماعية اليومية، فإننا نلاحظ بدون أدنى شك بداية بروز أزمة الابتعاد عن الاتصال الشخصي التقليدي، والتي يعاني منها الكثيرون، ولكن في صمت رهيب. ويعود ذلك في اعتقادنا إلى جملة من العوامل والأسباب لعل أهمها ثورة المعلومات وتكنولوجيات الاتصال التي أثرت في الإنسان إلى درجة أنه أصبح يعتبرها بمثابة مقياس للتقدم والازدهار بغض النظر عن متطلبات المجتمع وعادات هو أخلاقه وقيم هو أهدافه. وانطلاقا من ذلك فقد ح أولنا إبراز أهمية الاتصال الشخصي على جميع الأصعدة، كما قدمنا بعض التعريفات لهذا المفهو م، حتى يتسنى للقارئ استيعاب الغاية المنشودة من هذا الموضوع. إلى جانب التطرق إلى مفهو م" أزمة الابتعاد عن الاتصال الشخصي التقليدي" الذي نتج عن الخطورة التي أصبحت تشكلها تكنولوجيات الاتصال الحديثة على العلاقات الإنسانية، حتى ما بين أفراد الأسرة الواحدة وذلك بسبب الاستخدام اللاعقلاني لها. ولكي نساهم في الحد من التداعيات السلبية لاستخدامات تكنولوجيات الاتصال على الاتصال الشخصي، قدمنا بعض الحلول والآراء للحد من الآثار السلبية لهذه التكنولوجيات، من أجل المحافظة على سلامة المجتمع الجزائري، حيث يبقى خاليا من التوترات على مستوى اتصالاته الشخصية التقليدية من خلال رفع مستوى وعي الأفراد بأهمية الاتصال الشخصي، مما يساهم في التقليل من الإفراط في استخدام تقنيات الاتصال الحديثة التي تعتبر نعمة ونقمة في آن واحد. الكلمات الدالة: الأثر، الاتصال الشخصي، التكنولوجيا. Abstract: "Personal communication and modern information and communication technologies" are two very interesting and interesting concepts that no one in our time can do without. However, because of the recent imbalances in the level of human relations, deep in Algerian society, especially among members of the same family (due to the bad use of these technologies), we have considered the negative impact of modern communication technologies on the traditional personal contacts of individuals, means. There are many new factors that have been intertwined in their impact on the fabric of the Algerian family. The latter has lost a great deal of cohesion and unity, which has become a real threat in the foreseeable future to this personal contact, which is an inevitable necessity for living and sustaining society. If we examine what is actually happening, and make a simple comparison between what was present and what is embodied in the various social practices daily, we note without a doubt the beginning of the emergence of the crisis away from traditional personal contact, which suffers from many, but in a terrible silence. This is due to our belief in a number of factors and reasons, perhaps the most important of which is the information revolution and the communication technologies that have affected people, to the extent that it is considered a measure of progress and prosperity regardless of the requirements of the society and its customs, ethics, values and goals. As such, we have tried to highlight the importance of personal communication at all levels, and we have provided some definitions of this concept, so that the reader can understand the purpose of this topic. In addition, the concept of the "crisis of alienation from traditional personal contact", which resulted from the danger posed by modern communication technologies to human relations, even among members of the same family, is being addressed because of irrational use of it. In order to reduce the negative impact of the use of communication technologies on personal communication, we have provided some solutions and opinions to reduce the negative impact of these technologies, in order to preserve the safety of Algerian society, where it remains free of tensions at the level of traditional personal contacts. By raising the awareness of individuals about the importance of personal communication, which contributes to the reduction of excessive use of modern communication technologies, which are both a blessing and a curse. key words: Impact, personal communication, technology.
