الملخص
Islamic legislation is a regular criterion , dimensional harmonic , it has a specific targets and a coherent reference. No does he come from a fellow desire and pure from any absurdity but he wants the purposes of the intention to the human's piety such as spirit and self indurate and reason and instinct . As the existence between verses of Qur'an and behind Hadith's intention ; it mentions the teleology 's judgments either explicitly or implicitly , a favor from Allah and a favor to his creation ; "He can not be questioned for His acts, but they will be questioned (for theirs ) " For that , this sheet of paper gathered some discussion and sparse words in this section , taking a shortcut for the necessity to be realized among scholars . Alerting on the entrances to the foundation of the effectiveness of the project in the nation's renaissance and resume its leadership. This comes as a mosaic with regular centers in translation which i think .that is the fruit of that centers and as a result of the analysis,it is as the following: -Self interest law and verdicts demonstration. -Qu'ran and sharia collectively. -Illustration of sharia 's collection. -Verdicts validity at all times. -Sharia's plan and logic of the system . -Realistic sharia. -Sharia opens door for Ijtihad by making its confident into their specialist...
