محاولة قياسية لنمذجة العوامل المحددة لسعر الفائدة في الاقتصاد الجزائري باستخدام أشعة الانحدار الذاتي Var

الملخص
يعد سعر الفائدة من أهم المتغيرات التي تؤثر على النشاط الاقتصادي، ونظرا لغياب وقلة الدراسات التي تنشغل بالعوامل المحددة لمستواه، استهدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن العوامل الكلية التي يمكن أن تكون قادرة على تحديد مستواه في الاقتصاد الجزائري. لقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن سعر الفائدة على الودائع الحكومية يتأثر بالمستويات السابقة لفترة ثلاث سنوات لكل من سعر الفائدة، الادخار المحلي، تغيرات الكتلة النقدية ومعدل التضخم المتوقع. كما أكدت الدراسة على انعدام أهمية الاستثمار في تحديد سعر الفائدة، نظرا لتركز الاستثمارات في القطاعات النفطية ذات العائد المرتفع، حيث نجد أن سعر الفائدة لا يؤثر في الاستثمار. The interest rate is one of the important variables that affects the economic activity. Due to the absence and the lack of studies, that preoccupied the determinants of its level, this study aimed to detect the factors that can total to be able to determine the level of the Algerian economy in the theoretical framework derived from the many Economic schools. This study has concluded that the interest rate on government deposits is affected by previous levels for a period of three years for each of the interest rate, domestic savings, changes in the money supply, and the rate of expected inflation. The study also confirmed the lack of importance of investment in determining the interest rate due to the focus of investments in the high-yielding oil, where we find that the interest rate does not affect just the investment, it or inflexible to changes in interest rate.
