واقع الإبداع في المؤسسات الجزائرية الصغيرة والمتوسطة من وجهة نظر القائمين عليها- دراسة تطبيقية

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير العوامل الداعمة للإبداع المتمثلة في: (خصائص المسير، مصدر التمويل، البحث والتطوير، اليقظة) على مستوى مخرجات الإبداع (منتج وعملية إنتاجية) في عينة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية باتنة. وقد قامت الباحثة بتوزيع 88 استبيان على أفراد عينة الدراسة والمتمثلة في: المدراء ومساعديهم ورؤساء الأقسام، وتم استعادة 82 استبيان، وبعد فرزها تبين أن جميعها صالح للتحليل. كما اعتمدت الباحثة على البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS) لمعالجة البيانات باستخدام النسب المئوية، والمتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، وتحليل التباين الأحادي، والانحدار البسيط ، وبعد إجراء التحليل الوصفي للدراسة واختبار الفرضيات، توصلت إلى عدد من النتائج كان أهمها: - وجود أثر هام ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد العوامل الداعمة للإبداع (الخصائص الشخصية للمسير، البحث والتطوير، مصدر التمويل، اليقظة) في أنواع الإبداع (منتج وعملية إنتاجية(. - كانت تصورات المبحوثين لمستوى مخرجات الإبداع (منتج وعملية إنتاجية) بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.84) وانحراف معياري مقداره (1.066). Theaim of thisstudy is to indentifythe impact of thoes factorssupportinginnovation(Personal characteristics of the Manager,Research and developement, financing and intelligence) in the level of innovation (product and production process) in a sampleof the small and medium enterprises operating in the region of Batna. The researcher hasdistributed88 questionnairesto indentifymembers ofthe study sample, such as: directors andtheir assistants, in addition to heads of departments. The researcherhas restored82questionnaires, all of them are suitable for the analysis of the subject under the study. A researcher applied thestatistical program (SPSS)for data processingusingpercentages,averages,standard deviation, analysis of variance. After adescriptive analysisof the studyand testing hypotheses,this study founda number ofresultswas the most important:-Existence ofa significant effectstatistically significantfor thedimensions of thesupporting factorsin the types ofinnovation. - Theperceptions ofmembers ofthe study sampleto the level ofinnovation with a medium,where thearithmetic average(2.84)andstandard deviation(1.066).
