Abstract

This study is concerned with a statement of the deficit in the general budget of the state and the reason for its occurrence also touched upon the various methods of financing in the economy postural , And corresponding in Islamic economies, where several ways of public revenues in Islamic economics, but we will focus on the waqf lands and potential projects through the islamic instrument like sukuk al-muàwadhat , with pratically state of Malaysia
