دور نظام المعلومات الإداریة في الرفع من فعالیة اتخاذ القرار دراسة استطلاعیة لإطارات المؤسسة الوطنیة للسیارات الصناعیة

الملخص
ھدفت ھذه الدراسة إلى بیان وتحلیل واقع نظام المعلومات الإداریة من حیث: الدقة، الشمول، المرونة، الوضوح، والتوقیت المناسب للمعلومات في المؤسسة الوطنیة للسیارات الصناعیة برویبة وعلاقتھا بفعالیة القرارات المتخذة بھا.تم الاعتماد على الاستبیان لجمع البیانات، وتألفت عینة الدراسة من 108 متخذ قرار في المؤسسة وتم اختیارھا بطریقة SPSS) عشوائیة، وتم استخدام برنامج ) لمعالجة البیانات المتحصل علیھا استنادا لإجابات أفراد العینة المدروسة.وقد خلصت الدراسة بعد تحلیل النتائج وتفسیرھا إلى أن المعلومات التي یقدمھا نظام المعلومات الإداریة في المؤسسة الوطنیة للسیارات الصناعیة تتصف بالدقة؛ الشمول؛ والوضوح لكنھا لا تمتاز بالمرونة ولا تصل إلى متخذي القرار في الوقت المناسب، وأن القرارات المتخذة بھا ھي قرارات ذات فعالیة عالیة نسبیا، وأثبتت الدراسة أن ھناك علاقة ارتباطیة قویة بین نظام المعلومات الإداریة وفعالیة اتخاذ القرار في المؤسسة الوطنیة للسیارات الصناعیة.وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصیات التي من شأنھا تطویر دور نظام المعلومات الإداریة في الرفع من فعالیة القرارات التي تتخذ على مستوى المؤسسة الوطنیة للسیارات الصناعیة. This study has for objective to show and to analyze the information system existing management regarding, Precision, Majority, Flexibility, Clarity, And good moment of the information within the state-owned company of vehicles manufacturers (SNVI) and his relation with the made of the effective decisions.We used the questionnaire intend has a random sample, His size is 108 decisionmakers within SNVI. And we used the SPSS program to analyze the answers.After the analysis and the interpretation of the answers? We obtained the following results, The information supplied by the information system management of the SNVI is characterized by, The precision, The majority, And the clarity, but they are not flexible and do not arrive at the decision-makers at the moment which it is necessary. And the decisions taken within the SNVI are effective. And it exists a strong relation enters the information system management and the efficiency of the decisions taken by the SNVI. Suggestions are proposed, With the aim of developing the role of the information system management in the improvement of the efficiency of the decisions taken within the state-owned company of industrial vehicles (SNVI)
