This study aims to determine the factors affecting the strategic alliance, which includes all of the resources factor, knowledge and the confidence factor. This research relied on a questionnaire distributed over 31 Algerian companies collaborates with its partners active in the same field, and to analyze our study we used a set of statistical programs such as the program (SPSS V22) for the given description of the analysis, and the program (Smart PLS V3.0) to build a model of structural equation and test validation of hypotheses.. We concluded through this study that it is a positive relationship between factors affecting on strategic alliance (resources factor, trust factor).
