أسباب وصف الحاكم بالتساهل في كتابه (المستدرك على الصحيحين)

الملخص

لقد استدرك عدد من العلماء على الشيخين البخاري ومسلم الأحاديث الصحيحة التي لم يخرجاها في صحيحيهما، ومن هؤلاء الحاكم النيسابوري صاحب كتاب المستدرك على الصحيحين. وقد بين الحاكم في مقدمة مستدركه أنه سيخرج أحاديث احتج بمثلها الشيخان، وهذا الشرط الذي ذكره الحاكم أدى إلى تحكيم أحاديث المستدرك إلى شرط الشيخين، لهذا قد وصف الحاكم بالتساهل في تصحيح الأحاديث التي أخرجها في مستدركه. وقد جمعت في هذا المقال أسباب وصف الحاكم بالتساهل، فهناك أسباب شخصية وأخرى منهجية، فأما الأسباب الشخصية فهي كون الحاكم ألف المستدرك في أواخر عمره، وقد ضعفت ذاكرته، كما أن المنية عاجلته فلم يتيسر له مراجعته وتنقيحه. أما الأسباب المنهجية فمنها: عدم اشتراطه اخراج مالا علة له، قبول زيادة الثقات مطلقا، عدم التفريق بين الصحيح والحسن، توسعه في معنى قوله على شرط الشيخين، وغيرها من الأسباب، وهذا ما سنعالجه في هذا المقال. Abstract A member of scholars has redress authentic hadith that the two imams al-bukhari and muslim has not reported in their books al-sahihayen and one of those al-hakim anysabouri in his book (al-mustadrak ala al-sahihayen). EL-hakim has indicate in the introduction of el-mustadrak that he will report hadith wish two imams has argued in their books .This condition led scholars to jugging ahadith al-mustadrak to the conditions of the two imams in their books al-sahihayen. That is way the scholars describe them as a lenient in authentication of ahadith witch he has narrated in his mustadrak. And this article is a collection of many reasons for describing al-hakim as a lenient. There are personal reasons and methodological reasons. The personal reasons are that he wrote his book in late age; and he was dead before revising his book. and the methodological reasons are: he didn’t require narrating hadith witch haven’t blemish; he accept the addition in text or chain by trustworthy narrators; he didn’t differentiate between the authentic hadith and the good hadith; he extend in the meaning of conditions of the two imams; And other reasons. That is what I will study it in this article.
