ملخص: تسعى هذه الورقة إلى بيان دور وعلاقة القواعد الشرعية بتقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي، من خلال الكشف عن أهم وأبرز القواعد الشرعية الضابطة لها، وبيان مكانة هذه الضوابط في الشريعة الإسلامية وعلاقتها بالقيم الإنسانية العالمية المتعلقة بتقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي، ولقد تم التوصل من خلال هذا البحث إلى أنه لكي يتم توجيه تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي نحو تحقيق المصالح المشروعة والخير العام؛ لابد أن تنضبط وفق المبادئ والقواعد الشرعية والقيم الإسلامية، لكي لا تحيد أن تحقيق أهدافها، والإفادة منها في حدود ما شرّع الله سبحانه وتعالى. Abstract: This paper aims to clarify the role and relationship of Sharia rules With artificial intelligence (AI) by revealing the most important and prominent Sharia ruls that regulate it. Moreover, it highlights the significance of these regulations With Islamic Sharia and their relationship with global human values related to artificial intelligence technology. The results of study show that in order to direct the applications of artificial intelligence towards achieving the common good, they must be regulated in accordance with Sharia rules and Islamic values. This ensures our commitment to the right path and openness to new developments in human life. Therefore, Sharia rules serve as the guide and balance that guarantee the proper use of artificial intelligence.
