دستور أخلاقيات المعلومات من وجهة نظر أخصائي المعلومات بالمكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية : دراسة ميدانية بمكتبات جامعات قسنطينة

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء مدى تحلي المكتبيين بأخلاقيات المعلومات المنصوص عليها في دستور الفيدرالية الدولية لجمعيات المكتبات وذلك بتناول الموضوع من خلال منظورين الأول وصفي يهدف إلى توضيح المفاهيم والمصطلحات، والثاني تحليلي يصف ويناقش آراء عينة البحث- التي بلغ عددها 65 مبحوث موزعين على مختلف مكتبات جامعات قسنطينة- اتجاه المعضلات الأخلاقية للتعامل مع المعلومات ومدى مساهمة دستور أخلاقيات المعلومات في حل هذه المعضلات. وقد تم اعتماد الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن فئة معتبرة من المكتبيين بجامعات قسنطينة يؤمنون بالمبادئ الأخلاقية المنصوص عليها في دستور IFLA لأخلاقيات المعلومات، بينما يتعارض آخرون مع هذه المبادئ ليس رفضا لها ، وإنما جهلا بمفهومها وعدم إقرار بأنها من واجبات المكتبي. Abstract : This study aimed to investigatee the extent to which librarians have the information ethics laid down in the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA) ethics information code. By approaching the issue from two perspectives. The first is descriptive and aims to clarify concepts and terminology, The second, analytical, describes and discusses the opinions of the research sample - which numbered 65 respondents distributed among the various libraries of Constantine universities - towards the ethical dilemmas of dealing with information and the extent to which the Information Ethics Code contributes to solving these dilemmas. The questionnaire was adopted as a data collection tool. The study found that a significant group of librarians at the universities of Constantine believe in the ethical principles laid down in the IFLA Code of Information Ethics, While others conflict with these principles, not as a rejection of them, but rather ignorance of their concept and a failure to acknowledge that it is the duty of the librarian. Résumé : Cette étude visait à déterminer dans quelle mesure les bibliothécaires respectent l'éthique de l'information définie dans le code d'éthique de l'information de la Fédération internationale des associations de bibliothèques (IFLA). En abordant la question sous deux angles. Le premier est descriptif et vise à clarifier les concepts et la terminologie, Le second, analytique, décrit et discute les opinions de l'échantillon de recherche - qui comptait 65 répondants répartis entre les différentes bibliothèques des universités de Constantine - vis-à-vis des dilemmes éthiques du traitement de l'information et de la dans quelle mesure le code de déontologie de l'information contribue à résoudre ces dilemmes. Le questionnaire a été adopté comme outil de collecte de données. L'étude a révélé qu'un groupe important de bibliothécaires des universités de Constantine croient aux principes éthiques énoncés dans le Code d'éthique de l'information de l'IFLA, tandis que d'autres sont en conflit avec ces principes, non pas par rejet de ceux-ci, mais plutôt par ignorance de leur concept et un manquement à reconnaître que c'est le devoir du bibliothécaire
