الملخص
يعتبر البحث آفاق تفعيل الإصلاحات السياسية في الجزائر موضوعا جديرا بالدراسة لما يحمله واقع الممارسة السياسية الراهنة من تناقضات وضغوطات وفرص في ظل التحولات السياسية التاريخية التي تشهدها المنطقة العربية منذ مطلع العام 2011، ويتطلب ذلك البحث في ما تحمله هذه الإصلاحات من مضامين ومستلزمات وكذا الخلفيات والأسباب الكامنة وراءها في ظل تباين الآراء والمواقف إزاءها، بين فريق يعتبر أن هذه الإصلاحات السياسية تهدف إلى الحفاظ على الوضع القائم وآخر يرى أنها ستؤدي إلى تعزيز المسار الديمقراطي في البلاد، ومن ثم وجب بحث آفاق تفعيلها على ضوء المعطيات السياسية الراهنة؛ وذلك بالكشف عن أهمية وثقل عدد من الشروط والعوامل التي يمكن أن تساهم في توجيه هذه الإصلاحات وجهاتها الصحيحة بما يسهم في ترسيخ أسس الديمقراطية الحقيقية . Abstract : The subject of research for the prospects of activating the political reforms in Algeria is a subject worthy of study, As a result of what distinguishes the reality of the current political practice of contradictions and pressures and opportunities in light of the historic political transformations taking place in the Arab region since the beginning of the year 2011. This requires research in what was done to these reforms of the contents and requirements as well as the backgrounds and the reasons behind it to get to determine the conditions and factors that could contribute to the direction of these reforms and political correct destinations including contribute to strengthening the foundations of democracy.
