الملخص
نحاول من خلال هذا المقال تسليط الضوء على عملية نقل وزرع الأعضاء من خلال البحث في مدى وجودها ضمن المواثيق الدولية والإقليمية لحقوق الإنسان، خاصة وأن العالم اليوم يشهد تطورا وتقدما كبيرا في الجوانب العلمية والتكنولوجية والطبية، أدى إلى زيادة انتشار عمليات نقل وزرع الأعضاء، وسنبحث كذلك في مدى سعي الدول إلى تقنين هذه العملية. Abstract: We try throught this article to highlight on the process of transmitting and implanting organs throught the research of the extent in their existence within the international and regional conventions of the human rights, especially nowadays, the world witnesses a huge development in scientific, technological and medical sides, the latter leads to the further spread of transmitting and implanting organs operations, we will search if countries seek to make the process of implanting organs as a law.
