Abstract
Abstract: The aim of this research paper is to highlight the extent to which the Algerian state resorts to the implementation of the theory of emergency circumstances on the work relationship in light of the Corona virus pandemic, where an incident will be studied that was considered an emergency circumstance that has no income for the worker or the employer, and the state has relied on resorting to reducing working hours and adopting the partial timing system as alternative solutions to the total termination of the work relationship, and therefore we will explain the importance of implementing the theory of emergency circumstances on the continuity of the work relationship, and as a result of this research, the Algerian legislator must resort to amending its legislation to serve this idea, and the provisions of the Labor Law include clear articles that highlight the fate of the relationship in the event of emergency circumstances.
