الملخص
This study deals with the case of the assassination of the freedom fighter Menouar Chabbi, which occurred during the day of February 9, 1955, in southern Tebessa, at the hands of the Mujahid Bouguearra Ammari and members of his group, which led to a sharp dispute between the Mujahid leader Lazhar Cheriet and the Mujahid Bouguearra Ammari, which led to a direct intervention by the leadership of the First Region, represented by the... In this study, we try to delve into the circumstances and circumstances of this case, and shed light on it by relying on the details contained about it in the memoirs of the Mujahideen Mohamed Hacane and Guettal Louardi, and how did they deal with it and the repercussions that resulted from it? تعالج هذه الدراسة قضية اغتيال المناضل الـمُنوّر شابي والتي وقعت خلال يوم 09 فيفري 1955 بجنوب تبسة على يد المجاهد بوقرة عماري وأفراد مجموعته، والتي أدت إلى حدوث خلاف حاد بين المجاهد القائد لزهر شريط والمجاهد بوقرة عماري، مما أدى إلى تدخل مباشر لقيادة المنطقة الأولى ممثلة في شخص المجاهد القائد بشير شيحاني لإيجاد حلول لها، وتخفيف حدة الاحتقان المترتب عنها. في هذه الدراسة نحاول التعمق في ظروف وملابسات هذه القضية، وتسليط الضوء عليها بالاعتماد على التفاصيل الواردة حولها في مذكرات المجاهدين محمد حسن والوردي قتال، وكيفية معالجتهما لها وللانعكاسات التي أسفرت عنها؟
