الملخص
تعالج الدراسة ظاهرة الاستلزام الحواري، والتي تمثّل أحد الاستراتيجيات اللسانية الأكثر تداولا وتجلّيا في اللغة التّواصلية. وهي تنشأ غالبا حين لا يلتزم المتخاطبون بالمبدأ الأول للتّخاطب المعروف بــمبدأ التّعاون، والذي تميّزه المباشرة والتّصريح، ليكون الاستلزام ضرورة في حمل المقاصد والمعاني الضمنية والمضمرة للخطاب. غير أنّ هذا الأمر لا يأتي مصادفة، بقدر ما يعمد إليه المتكلم تحقيقا لغايات بلاغية وفنّية، خاصّة في الخطابات الرّاقية والأكثر وظيفية في الحياة. ولتتبع الاستلزام الحواري في الخطاب النّبوي الشّريف، وبعد تقديم أسس نظرية لتحديد ماهيته وأنواعه، اخترنا نماذج لأحاديث نبويّة من موطأ الإمام مالك رحمه الله. ومن خلال منهج تحليلي تداولي انطلاقا من عرض الحديث، ثمّ تحديد صنف الاستلزام وعلاقته بالجانب البلاغي والإقناعي، خلصت الدراسة إلى أنّ هذه الخاصّية التّداولية وردت بكثافة في الحديث النّبوي، وهي على صور وأنماط مختلفة، ولها مقاصد بلاغية من لدن النّبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وليست مجرد تضمين وإضمار للخطاب. Abstract : Study manages with the phenomenon of dialogical imperative, which represents one of the most widely used and manifested linguistic strategies in the communicative language. It often arises when the interlocutors do not abide by the first principle of communication known as the principle of cooperation, which is distinguished by direct and explicit, so that the implication is a necessity in carrying the intentions and implicit and implicit meanings of the discourse. However, this matter does not come by chance, as much as the speaker intends to achieve rhetorical and artistic goals, especially in the sublime and most functional discourses in life. In order to trace the dialogue requirement in the honorable prophetic discourse, and after presenting theoretical foundations to determine its nature and types, we chose examples of prophetic hadiths from the Muwatta’ of Imam Malik, may God have mercy on him. Through an analytical deliberative approach based on the presentation of the hadith, and then defining the category of implication and its relationship to the rhetorical and persuasive aspect, the study concluded that this deliberative feature was mentioned extensively in the Prophet’s hadith, and it is in different forms and patterns, and it has rhetorical purposes from the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and is not just include and imply discourse.
