قضايا العالم العربي والإسلامي ومستقبله في فكر مالك بن نبي (رؤية استشرافية)

الملخص
تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية أفكار أحد رواد النهضة الفكرية الإسلامية في القرن العشرين، ويتعلق الأمر بآراء المفكر الجزائري مالك بن نبي في مسائل وقضايا تخصّ العالم العربي والإسلامي، وهذا من خلال تشخيص أهم مشكلاته الحضارية، مع صياغة آليات النهوض واستئناف دورتة الحضارية الجديدة وفق رؤية استشرافية، فهو يعدّ أكثر المفكرين المعاصرين الذين نبّهوا واهتموا بمشكلات الحضارة، وقد عايش مالك بن نبي فترة عصيبة من تاريخ العالم العربي والإسلامي، والتي تزامنت مع الحركة الاستعمارية التي مسّت هذا العالم، حيث مكنته من تشخيص الأوضاع وتحليل ما هو كائن في العالم العربي والإسلامي، وما سيكون عليه مستقبلا، وفق رؤية استشرافية تحدد معالم الطريق لاسترجاع الحضارة المفقودة وآليات تجديدها. This research paper treats the ideas of one of the Islamic intellectual renaissance pionees in the twentieth century,it is about the Algerian thinker Malek BENNABI in issues and affairs related to the Islamic and arab words ,through diagnosing the most important civilization problems,with setting up mechanisms to stand up and resume its new civilization cycle,according to an emerging vision,he is considered as one of the contemporary thinkers who alerted and cared about the civilzation problems,malek BENNABI coexists a difficult period of the Islamic and Arab world which coincided with the colonial movements in the world ,this enabled him to diagnose the situation and analyze what exists in the Islamic world and what will be in the future,according to a foresight vision,which determined the path to recover the lost civilization and the mechanisms of its renewal . keywords:Foresight;Arab world;Islamic word;Civilization problems; Civilization Building;C olonialisability;Social wealth.
