الملخص
تكمن أهمية هذا البحث في التعريف بالفقيه الونشريسي وكتابه المعيار المعرب، وبيان ضرورة وأهمية الاستفادة من نوازله في حياتنا المعاصرة، باعتباره ذا قيمة علمية دسمة ومتجددة في فن النوازل، فالإشكالات التي يجدها الفقيه المالكي في القضايا المعاصرة حاليا قد يسهل عليه المعيار اجتهاده ويوجهه لصواب الاجتهاد، فالفقه الإسلامي النوازلي ثروة علمية وجب على كل فقيه الرجوع إليه، وهذا ما اعتمدناه من خلال جمع بعض النماذج وبيان صورها المعاصرة. The importance of this research lies in introducing the Faqih - Al-Wancharisi and his book, and clarifying the necessity and importance of benefiting from its calamities in our contemporary life, as it has a rich and renewable scientific value in the art of calamities, The problems that the Maliki jurist finds in contemporary issues today may facilitate his criterion and direct him to the correctness of ijtihad. The Islamic jurisprudence in the calamities is a scientific wealth that every jurist must refer to, and this is what we have adopted through collecting, analyzing and extrapolating some models and their contemporary forms.
