منهج الإمام الثعالبي في نقل أقوال الإمام مالك من خلال تفسيره" الجواهر الحسان"

الملخص
يبرزُ جليّاً لقارئ تفسير "الجواهر الحسان" العناية البارزة التي أَولاها الإمام الثّعالبي بالمذهب المالكي؛ من ذلك اتّباعه أساليبَ متعدّدة في نقله لأقوال الإمام مالك، أبرزُها أنّه يقتصر على ذكر قوله في العديد من المسائل، ويقدّمه على غيره حالَ الاتّفاق، كما يصرّحُ باسمه ويشيرُ إلى غيره دون ذكرٍ لأسمائهم في مواضعَ عدّة، ولم يقتصِر في نقْل أقوالهِ على الجانب الفقهيِّ بل تعدّاهُ إلى الجانب التّفسيريِّ، كما تظهرُ مخالفته له في مسائلَ معدودةٍ، وهو ما رسَم منهجاً متكاملاً يهدفُ هذا البحثُ لدراستهِ وبيانهِ. It’s obvious for any reader of the Tafsir “ Al-Jawahir Al-Hissan” the great care that The Imam Thaalibi shows for the Malekism or Malek ideology. For example, he transferred the Imam Malek says in many different ways. The most significant sign he mentioned only the Imam Malek says in many issues. He also presented him instead of the others in case of agreement. As well as, he named him directly whereas he just gave hints about others in many positions. The Imam Thaalibi didn’t transfer Imam MalekFiq’h only but also his tafsir and interpretations. They disagree only in few points; thus , a complete approach appears. An approach which this research is about to study and analyse it.
