الرعاية الاجتماعية للطفل اليتيم ومجهول النسب في المجتمع اليمني - دراسة اجتماعية

الملخص
تسلط الدراسة الضوء على معاناة شريحة الأيتام ومجهولي النسب في المجتمع اليمني، خاصة في ظل تزايد أعدادهم نتيجة الحروب والأزمات. وتهدف الدراسة إلى فهم تجارب المجتمع اليمني والمجتمعات العربية في رعاية هذه الفئة، وتحديد المشكلات التي تواجهها، ومساعدة الجهات المعنية في التخطيط لتنشئتها بشكل أفضل. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. أظهرت الدراسة أن الرعاية في دور الأيتام قد تُخلّف آثارًا سلبية على كل من الدار والطفل. أبرزت الدراسة أهمية الاستفادة من التجارب الناجحة، مثل تجربة الأسر البديلة وبرامج الكفالات الأسرية. أكدت الدراسة على ضرورة توحيد الجهود العربية في مجال رعاية الأيتام ومجهولي النسب، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار خصوصية كل مجتمع. This study sheds light on the suffering of orphans and children of unknown descent in Yemeni society, especially in light of the increasing numbers of these children as a result of wars and crises. The study aims to understand the experiences of Yemeni and Arab societies in caring for this group, identify the problems they face, and assist the relevant authorities in planning for their better upbringing. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach. The study revealed that institutional care in orphanages may have negative consequences for both the institution and the child. The study highlighted the importance of benefiting from successful experiences, such as foster care and family sponsorship programs. The study emphasized the need to unify Arab efforts in caring for orphans and children of unknown descent while taking into account the unique characteristics of each society.
