الوقف في المغرب من خلال " المعيار المعرب" لأحمد بن يحيى الونشريسي (ت914هـ/1508م)

الملخص
تشكل موسوعة المعيار للونشريسي مصدرا هاما للنوازل الوقفية في بلاد المغرب، فقد خصص لها جزء كامل (ج.7) مع فتاوى أخرى متناثرة في باقي الأجزاء، مع تنوع في مجالات الأوقاف وأصنافه، وتعدد المفتين والفقهاء الذين اهتموا بنوازل الأوقاف، فما هو حجم الأوقاف في الحياة العامة؟ وما هي أهم مجلاته وأصنافه، والألفاظ الدالة عليه؟ ويهدف هذا البحث إلى محاولة رصد ما كل ما يتعلق بالوقف من مسميات، بعد مراجعة النازلة وتحليلها، للانتهاء إلى نتيجة مفادها قيمة النازلة الوقفية في معيار الونشريسي من حيث الكم، والصنف، والتسمية. The Encyclopedia of the Standard by Wuncharisi constitutes an important source for endowment calamities in the Maghreb. As a whole part (C7) has been devoted to it with other fatwas scattered in the rest of the parts, with adversity in the fields and types of endowments. Also the multiplicity of muftis and jurists who were concerned with endowments calamities. So, what is the size of endowments in public life ? What are its most important fields and types, and the words that indicate it? Actually,the aim of this research is to try to monitor all the nomenclature related to the endowment, after reviewing and analyzing the catastrophe, to reach the value of the endowment catastrophe in the Wansharisi criterion in terms of quantity, type, and nomenclature.
