الأمن في الإسلام: بين المقاصد الشرعية والقيم الإنسانية

الملخص
إن قضية الأمن أصبحت من القضايا الملحة والطارئة في زمننا الحاضر، نظرا لما يعيشه العالم من أوضاع مضطربة وفتن مدلهمة عصفت بأمنه واستقراره، بل وأصبحت أصابع الاتهام تتجه إلى الإسلام والمسلمين لزعزعة استقرار العالم لما يشاع عنه من تهم الإرهاب والتطرف والإسلام منها براء، لهذا كان الهدف من هذا البحث المتواضع إعادة النظر في قيمة الأمن وبحث كل ما يرتبط بها من مقاصد شرعية تجعلها في درجة الضروريات وتصحيح نظرة العالم إلى الإسلام بما يحمله من قيم سامية وإنسانية. ومما خلص إليه البحث اعتبار الأمن مقصودا شرعيا من الأحكام الشرعية المقررة يتأسس على مقومات مضبوطة، ويرتبط بقيم إنسانية متعددة تضمن للبشرية استقرارها وازدهارها. The issue of security has become one of the urgent and urgent issues in our present time, given the turbulent conditions the world is going through and the turbulent turmoil that has ravaged its security and stability. In fact, the fingers of accusation are turning to Islam and Muslims to destabilize the world because of the rumors about terrorism and extremism, and Islam is innocent of them. From this humble research, a reconsideration of the value of security and a discussion of all that is associated with it in terms of legal purposes that make it a level of necessities and a correction of the world’s view of Islam with its lofty and human values. And from the conclusions of the research, security is considered a legitimate intention from the established legal rulings that is based on exact elements, and is linked to multiple human values that guarantee humanity its stability and prosperity.
