القواعد والأصول الجامعة ـــ مكانتها ووظيفتها- عند الإمام عبد الرحمن السعدي

الملخص
ملخص: الغرض من المقال إظهار الأهمية البالغة التي أولاها السعدي للقواعد والأصول الجامعة؛ من حيث الاهتمام الكمي والكيفي. فعلى المستوى الكمي؛ توسع السعدي في الاهتمام بالقواعد والأصول الجامعة؛ فهي واردة في كل مؤلفاته: الأصولية، والفقهية، والدعوية، والفكرية، والتفسيرية، والحديثية؛ بل أفرد لها جملة من المؤلفات؛ نثرا ونظما. أما كيفيا؛ فالسعدي عدّ القواعد والأصول الجامعة من عمل الأصوليين؛ فهي صالحة للاستدلال بها، والترجيح بها، والتعليم من خلالها، وفهم نصوص الشريعة، وهي آية على الإعجاز التشريعي، وعلى صلاحية الشريعة لكل الأزمان. Abstract : This article aims to highlight the great importance and interest that Al-Saadi gave to the universal rules and principles in terms of quantity and quality. At the quantitative level; Al-Saadi’s interest in universal rules and principles is widely spread in all his books of: Islamic Jurisprudence and its Roots, Preaching, Intellect, Quran’s Interpretation, and HADITH. He devoted a number of books written in prose and poetry for them. As to the qualitative level, Al-Saadi considered the Universal Rules and Principles among the concerns of scholars of Jurisprudence’s Roots. It is valid for making inferences and choices, teaching through it, and gaining deep understanding of Sharia’s texts. Additionally, it is a sign of legislative miracles and the validity of “Sharia for all times
