صور ونماذج لجوانب مجهولة ومهملة عن الحكام والسلطة في الجزائر خلال القرن 18م على ضوء وثائق قضائية من الرصيد العثماني

الملخص
راجت عن الحكم والحكام في الجزائر خلال العهد العثماني العديد من الاحكام المسبقة السلبية التي حفلت بها صفحات المصادر والدراسات الغربية خاصة خلال مرحلة الاحتلال الفرنسي والتي عملت على تقديم صورة سوداوية عن تلك الفترة وبخاصة عن الصلة التي كانت تجمع بين الحكام والرعية والتي تميزت بحسب ما وصفتها بالظلم والاستغلال والتجاوزات المتنوعة ومن هذا المنطلق جاءت هذه الدراسة كمحاولة لإعادة النظر في ما مدى مصداقية الصورة التي أصرت هذه المصادر والدراسات الغربية على تكريسها في الأذهان كحقيقة تاريخية من خلال العمل على مناقشتها ونقذها على ضوء مصادر محلية متمثلة في عدد من الوثائق القضائية المنتمية للرصيد العثماني المتواجد بالمكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية والتي سمحت لنا عملية استعرضها وتحليلها باستخلاص معطيات تاريخية تبرز صورة ايجابية عن الحكم والحكام خلال هذه المرحلة التاريخية الهامة. résumé : Le gouvernement et les dirigeants en Algérie à l'époque ottomane ont été désignée par de nombreux préjugés négatifs qui jonchés les pages des sources et des écrits occidentales, en particulier pendant la période de la colonisation française, et qui ont contribué à présenter une image sombre de cette période, en particulier sur la relation qui unissait les gouvernants et les sujets, qui se caractérisait par ce qu'elle qualifiait d'injustice, d'exploitation et d'abus divers. De ce point de vue, cette étude se présentait comme une tentative de reconsidération de l'étendue de la crédibilité de l'image que ces sources et études occidentales ont tenu a véhiculer et consacrer dans les esprits comme un fait historique et donc cette étude vise a démontrant les facettes positive gouvernement et les dirigeants ottoman en Algérie en s'appuyant sur des sources locales représenter par un nombre de document d'archive juridique . Abstract: The government and rulers in Algeria during the Ottoman era were plagued by many negative prejudices which littered the pages of Western sources and writings, particularly during the period of French colonization, and which contributed to presenting a bleak picture. of this period, in particular on the relationship between rulers and subjects, which was characterized by what she described as injustice, exploitation and various abuses. From this point of view, this study was presented as an attempt to reconsider the extent of the credibility of the image that these Western sources and studies have held to convey and consecrate in people's minds as a historical fact and therefore this study aims demonstrating the positive facets of government and Ottoman rulers in Algeria based on local sources represented by a number of legal archival documents.
