مسار الحلّ السّياسي للأزمة السّورية: من مفاوضات جنيف إلى أستانا.

الملخص
يتناول المقال عرضًا لمسار الحلِّ السِّياسي للأزمة السُّوريَّة، بداية من مفاوضات "جنيف" وصولًا إلى مسار "أستانا"، ويسلِّط الضَّوء على التَّحولات والأحداث الرئيسيَّة التي أدَّت إلى تحوُّل الاهتمام من "جنيف" إلى "أستانا"، كما يتناول البحث في الفوارق بين النَّهجين، وكيفيَّة تأثيرهما على الجهود الدِّبلوماسيَّة، والتَّوجُّهات السِّياسيَّة في حلِّ الأزمة السُّوريَّة. واعتمد البحث على تحليل التَّحديات والمكاسب التي أحرزتها كلُّ جولات المفاوضات في "جنيف" و"أستانا"، وتقديم تقييم نقديًّ للطرق المختلفة التي تمَّ اعتمادُها في كلا المسارين، وخلص إلى إنَّ الجهود الدِّبلوماسيَّة في "جنيف" قد فشلت، وأنَّ الجهود المبذولة في إطار "أستانا"، أحدثت تحوُّلًا في النَّهج نحو حلِّ الأزمة، لصالح النِّظام السُّوري. This article provides an overview of the political solution aimed at resolving the Syrian crisis, beginning with the "Geneva" negotiations and culminating in the "Astana" process. It examines the key transformations and significant events that redirected the focus from "Geneva" to "Astana". The article also delves into the differences between the two approaches and how they have influenced diplomatic efforts and the political directions in resolving the Syrian crisis. The study is grounded in an analysis of the challenges faced and the accomplishments made during each round of negotiations in both "Geneva" and "Astana". The article evaluates the diverse methods employed in both tracks. It concludes that the diplomatic initiatives in "Geneva" have failed, while the efforts within the framework of "Astana" have brought about a shift in the approach to resolving the crisis, in favor for Syrian government.
