الملخص
أكدت النزاعات الجديدة دور العوامل الهيكلية في نشوب وامتداد وتكرار هذه النزاعات، مما يستوجب اعادة التفكير وتطوير آليات ومقاربات حل النزاع وممارسة السلام بالبحث في الأسباب البنيوية لها. تجسد النزاعات في القارة الافريقية الطبيعة التشابكية والمعقدة للفقر والنزاع والعنف، وهو ما يجعل مجالي التنمية وبناء السلام أكثر تشابكا وترابطا على المستويين النظري والعملي، بصفة عامة ينظر ممارسو ومنظرو بناء السلام للتنمية على انها تخفف من حدة الفقر، كما يصف متخصصون في مجال التنمية بناء السلام بأنه دعامة أساسية لمنع العنف والنزاع. وسوف نركز في دراستنا هذه على ممارسة كلا المجالين التي أصبحت أكثر وعيا بالطبيعة المتشابكة للفقر والصراع وأسبابهما الجذرية المشتركة وتزايد تعقيد المشاركة في المعالجة والحل في إفريقيا. The new conflicts confirmed the importance of the stuctural factors in triggering and keeping repeat these conflicts. What is required the rethinking and the developement of the mechanisms and the approaches of conflict resolution, also the practice of peace by researching its structural causes the intertwined. The African conflicts reflect and complicated nature of poverty, conflict and violence which makes the fields of development and peacebuilding more intertwined and interconnected at both the conceptual and practical levels in general. Peacebuilding practitioners and theorists look to the development that it can reduce poverty. In addition, some development professionals describe peacebuilding as the essential pillar to prevent violence and conflict. Our emphasis in this study is on the practices of both sides which become more aware of the relationship between poverty and conflict and its real causes and also the complexity of finding solutions in Africa.
