The Intellectual Foundations For Building A Strong Economic System

Abstract
Summary: After leading human civilization for many centuries, the Islamic civilization conceived notions that consider the human being in terms of their humanity and align with human livelihood needs in various aspects of life, including the spiritual dimension. However, with the decline and degradation, the Industrial Revolution in Europe emerged to dominate the world according to materialistic theories and philosophies, distancing humanity from its essence. Consequently, humanity regressed into the abyss of misguidance and deviation. At this juncture, a group of Muslim thinkers emerged to develop strategies for the revival of Islamic civilization in various aspects of life, including the economic aspect, where wealth is considered the backbone of life. Thus, intellectual foundations were laid down that consider the humanity of human beings and guidance from the Creator through the teachings of Islam and its wise values. بعد أن قادت الحضارة الإسلامية الإنسانية كلها قرونا عديدة وفق تصورات تراعي طبيعة الإنسان من حيث هو إنسان و توائم بين احتياجات الإنسان المعيشية في مختلف ميادين الحياة و كذا البعد الروحي فبه ، إلا أنه بعد النكوص و التردي جاءت الثورة الصناعية في أوروبا لتسيطر على العالم وفق نظريات و فلسفات مادية، أبعدت الإنسان عن إنسانيته، فتردت البشرية في مهاوي الضلال و الانحراف. و هنا انبرى مجموعة من المفكرين المسلمين ليضعوا مناهج النهوض للحضارة الإسلامية في مختلف جوانب الحياة، و كان منها الجانب الاقتصادي و الذي يعتبر المال فيه عصب الحياة ، فتم وضع أسس فكرية تراعي إنسانية الإنسان و هداية الخالق من خلال تعاليم الإسلام و قيمه الحكيمة.
