الملخص
الملخص بالعربية : إنّ عملية الإشراف على مذكرات الماستر تئنّ تحت وطأة العواصف المتوافدة على كافة أصعدتها، ممّا ينذر بخطر محدق يلوح في أفق البحث العلمي، ويحول دون الجودة، بل ويكاد يفقد مرحلة بأكملها قيمتها ، لذا جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتشخص الواقع بتقديم الحلول الإسعافية لدفع عجلة الريادة في مجال بحوث التخرج، سعيا منا للمساهمة في تخفيف حدّة التأزّم بدءا باختيار موضوع البحث وصولا إلى إيداعه المكتبة مرجعا معتمدا، وتفعيلا للجودة العلمية وتحرّيا للكيف المتميّز لا للكمّ الرديء. Abstract: The management of Master's theses suffers on several levels, which announces a danger in the horizon of scientific research and which threatens the quality of an entire cycle. In this research we explore the reality by giving solutions that could remedy the situation integrally and to boost the research at a different levels, as part of our attempt to help to lower the tension, starting with the choice of subject and ending with returning it to the library as an approved reference to activate the quality. So investigate the distinctive quality not poor quantity.
